What is going on behind the delightful blue fence in Broadway Road? Here is a letter sent to nearby residents. Blue Cedar Homes now has permission for 32 houses on their site on the Broadway Road. This is an increase of more than 50%. An application for 20 houses was originally turned down by Cotswold District Council but this was allowed on appeal. The site is within the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The developer held an exhibition of its proposals in Willersey Village Hall on Wednesday 18th May 2015 from 4:30pm to 7:00pm. They stated that they will try and include comments after the official cut-off day but there is no guarantee they will be included.
